We will pre-screen, interview, evaluate the candidate with our basic skills test and verify the candidates job references and work history before we submit the candidate resume directly to you.
Once we finish our internal recruiting process for you, the candidate is now ALL yours. You will have the option to either interview, test or hire the candidate(s) on a temporary, contract (work remotely), full-time or part-time basis.
All candidates that we submit to you directly is your candidate or employee only.
Our initial candidate sourcing usually takes 48 – 72 hours from the time that you join our candidate sourcing services and submit your job ad position to us. Expect to see your candidates in your email inbox within that time frame and do not forget to check your spam or bulk mail.
